4. Cancellation Policy 4.1 As a consumer in terms of § 13 German Civil Code you can cancel your contractual declaration within two weeks without indicating reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the merchandise. This time limit begins with the receipt of this policy at the earliest. The punctual dispatch of the cancellation or the merchandise suffices for ensuring the cancellation time limit. Otherwise return shipment is free of charge for you. Merchandise which is not package-transportable will be picked up.
